The Beast and The Edge of Hell Haunted Houses are located next to downtown Kansas City in the historic West Bottoms District. The Beast is just one block south of the 12th street bridge.

From the North:

Take I-35 South to 12th Street, (on the West side of downtown). Turn RIGHT (West) onto the 12th St. Bridge (big downhill). You will see the Edge of Hell on your right as you go down the hill. At the bottom of the bridge, make a LEFT (South) onto Liberty Street. Go one block to 13th St., turn LEFT (East). The Beast is at 1401 W. 13th St, KCMO, in the former John Deere warehouse. From the South:

Take I-35 North to 12th Street, (on the West side of downtown). Turn LEFT (West) onto the 12th St. Bridge (big downhill). You will see the Edge of Hell on your right as you go down the hill. At the bottom of the bridge, make a LEFT hand U-turn--because you must circle around to get to us. You will be on lower 12th Street East past first stop sign (Hickory) to second stop sign (Mulberry) and turn LEFT (North) under the 12th Street bridge and LEFT (West) again. The Beast is at 1401 W. 13th St, KCMO, in the former John Deere warehouse. (Phone 842-4280)

From the East

Take I-70 West and follow around the north side of downtown. Take I-35 South to the 12th Street exit. Turn RIGHT (West) onto the 12th St. Bridge (big downhill). You will see the Edge of Hell on your right as you go down the hill. At the bottom of the bridge, make a LEFT (South) onto Liberty Street. Go one block to 13th St., turn LEFT (East). The Beast is at 1401 W. 13th St, KCMO, in the former John Deere warehouse. (Phone 842-4280)

From the West:

Take I-70 East to I-670 East. Take the Wyoming/Genesee exit (same as for Kemper Arena). At first stop sign (Genesee), proceed straight to second stop sign (Wyoming) and turn LEFT (North), then RIGHT (East) onto 12th St. When you get to the bridge, do NOT go up the bridge. Jog one lane to your right of the bridge, GOING STRAIGHT AND FLAT. The street (Lower 12th Street) runs parallel to the bridge. Continue on lower 12th Street East past first stop sign (Hickory) to second stop sign (Mulberry) and turn LEFT (North) under the 12th Street bridge and LEFT (West) again. Parking:

There are parking lots next door to the west and across the street to the north. Our third lot is in the 1300 block of W. 12th St. This lot is next door to our other haunted house, the Edge of Hell, so if you're using a combo ticket, that's very convenient and safe.
